Obtaining and Keeping Just A Little More FOCUS

There is no secret at all that one of the biggest
reasons that many internet marketers achieve little
success is lack of focus. A lot of us often have
dozens of projects that we're working on all at
once. And many of us have more sites than we can
possibly manage which is not a good idea.

Even worse, most of us have more tools on our computers
than we can ever learn to use, and more information
products than we can ever muddle through.

After one expert talked with many other contemporaries
and affiliate program managers, he saw that often the
biggest problems many affiliates face is trying to use
too many tools. They will try to use everything from
pay-per-clicks, to articles, to videos. Every time
that they read about a new "secret traffic tool" they
rush out and buy it, and ignore the ones that they
were on the verge of mastering real soon.

Thus, the solution to this problem is actually fairly
simple. It is just focusing on using one or two tools
really well, and ignoring the other 90%. This is the
secret of some of the top affiliates in many programs.
Some, for example, focus strictly on pay-per-clicks.
I mainly focus on Google PPC & Article Marketing.

Part of the reason that you should focus on just a few
things is that you can really study and understand a
few niches. You want to stay on top of what's happening
in your preferred niches, and you'll easily out market
your less focused competitors.

And lastly, the final thing that we all need to focus
on is more testing and tracking. I am so guilty of not
doing this.Testing and tracking tells us what's working
best, and where we need to focus our efforts. That allows
you to get your conversion rates(and profits) much higher.

Let's allow focus to sink in and stay so that we can be
more productive in everything that we do in life.
